About Us

Welcome to Mind Body Learn—your corner of the internet for science-backed health insights that actually fit into a normal week.

I’m Robert, a science educator who moonlights reading science journals and research papers. One night, after bouncing between three “definitive” studies on coffee, each claiming the opposite of the last, I figured someone should keep a scorecard. That impulse turned into Mind Body Learn. I wanted one place where curious, busy people could see what the evidence really says, minus the jargon, and walk away with something they could try tonight.

So I built it.

Here you’ll find concise breakdowns of new studies, practical tips on nutrition and metabolic health, and the occasional nudge toward mindfulness so your brain can keep up with your body. Every post answers two questions I ask my students every day: What’s the claim? and What is the evidence that supports that claim?

  • Evidence first. I read the paper, not just the press release, and then translate the jargon into plain English.
  • Do-able ideas. If a tip takes more than ten minutes or a second mortgage, it doesn’t make the cut.
  • Whole-person focus. Nutrition matters, but so do sleep, stress, and the stories we tell ourselves.
  • Full transparency. If a post includes an affiliate link, you’ll know exactly why I’m recommending that product and how it supports the site

If that sounds like your kind of reading, stick around. Join our free newsletter, and I’ll send you actionable findings so you can start strong without doom-scrolling PubMed at 6 a.m.

I’m glad you’re here. Let’s learn, test, and improve… together.

(P.S. Got a study you’re puzzled by or a wellness myth you’d like debunked? Please drop me a note. Reader questions often spark the best articles.)
